Every custom build or remodel starts the same way — with a conversation. We want to understand what you're trying to accomplish, what matters most to you, and what the project actually involves before we talk about timelines or pricing.
From there, we'll schedule a site visit, walk through the space, and start thinking through options. We'll share what we're seeing, what we'd recommend, and what the tradeoffs are — so you can make good decisions with confidence.
Once the scope is clear, we put together a detailed proposal and manage the project through completion. We coordinate the right people, communicate clearly throughout, and keep your home as clean and livable as possible while the work is underway.
